Coastal California Redwoods Nursery Inventory
The largest in our current inventory, these impressive redwoods reach 12–15 feet tall and are 5+ years old. With strong roots and a commanding stature, they are the premier choice for developers, municipalities, and conservation efforts where mature trees are needed for immediate shade, beauty, and environmental benefit.
Compact and ready for early planting projects, our 5-gallon Coastal Redwoods are approximately 2–3 feet tall and about 2 years old. These young trees are ideal for reforestation projects, educational plantings, or long-term growth landscapes where budget and space are key factors.
Standing 8–10 feet tall and approximately 4–5 years old, our 24” box redwoods bring instant scale and presence to any project. Their established root systems make them durable and dependable for city plantings, commercial landscapes, or larger private properties looking for significant visual impact.

Founder Bill Hobin first discovered his passion for forestry in 1978 through a 4-H Forestry program, sparking a lifelong commitment to trees and their role in healthy ecosystems. After decades of cultivating redwoods privately, Bill transformed this passion into a licensed commercial nursery in Northern California, supplying high-quality redwoods to landscapers, developers, and conservation organizations. Today, Pacific Coast Trees combines decades of knowledge with modern nursery practices to provide resilient, beautiful redwoods that will thrive for generations to come.
